About Lisa Harvey, Owner.

Lisa Harvey was born and raised in Japan in the mid 60's to the late 70's. Lisa lived mainly in Fukushima and Tokyo as a young child but then returned to Tokyo, Japan in the late 90's to work as part of her MBA program at Thunderbird, School of Global Management. Despite her extreme height, she is Japanese at heart.  Growing up in a society so rich with culture, history and traditions gave Lisa a passion and love of Japanese treasures.

The business was started over 9 years ago in 2005, but was put on temporary hold as she cared for her child born with a severe disability. Now that her daughter is getting stronger and older, Lisa is able to resume her business.
